GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND SALE
These conditions of sale regulate the agreement between the company Natur Pet Shop, SL, domiciled at Carretera Guardamar Montesinos Km 6 S/N. 03140 Guardamar del Segura, and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Alicante with the following information: tome 3482 , book 0, folio 147, section A, sheet 123026, inscription 1, and the client, formalized through the website shop.compipet.com (hereinafter “COMPIPET”), for the acquisition by the client of products through from the website.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Conditions for purchase
In order to place an order through the COMPIPET website, the customer must be of legal age (18 years or older) and must be the end customer. Minors are expressly excluded. In order to place an order on the COMPIPET website, the customer must be registered. The client's data is protected in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, as indicated in the Privacy Policy section.
How to order
To place an order through the COMPIPET website you must follow these steps:
1. Choose the desired products and add them to "My cart" with the "Add to cart" button.
2. "Continue shopping" if the customer wants to buy more items or "process order" if the customer wants to finalize the purchase.

Natur Pet Shop, S.L. You can change the conditions of sale at any time, without prior notice to the customer. However, Natur Pet Shop, S.L. will announce said change if an order is canceled for any reason of availability and Natur Pet Shop, S.L. will refund (if applicable) the order value. Shipping charges are never refunded. Once the client has received confirmation of their purchase from the COMPIPET website, the sales conditions applicable to it cannot be modified.
Availability of products
The completion of an order through the COMPIPET website is subject to the availability of the products. Pet Snack Company, S.L. tries to guarantee the stock of all the products that are for sale.
If the ordered product is not available or if its stock has been exhausted, the customer will be notified by email and the amount paid will be reimbursed within 30 days of payment if said customer communicates in writing their desire to cancel the order.
Right ofNatur Pet Shop, S.L. to cancel or not accept an order
Pet Snack Company, S.L. reserves the right to reject any order, cancel it or not accept a confirmed order for the following reasons:
a) A technical or pricing error occurred on the COMPIPET website when the order was placed.
b) The product that appears in the order is not available.
c) The payment information provided was incorrect or not verifiable.
d) Security systems indicate that the order is abnormal or may be fraudulent.
e) There are reasons that indicate that the Client is a minor (less than 18 years old).
f) The courier company hired by Natur Pet Shop, S.L. To deliver the order, after 3 attempts, it was unable to deliver the order to the address provided by the customer.
g) The client chose the payment by bank transfer and, after one week, said transfer in favor ofNatur Pet Shop, S.L. It is not performed.
If an order is canceled for any of the above reasons, Pet Snack Company, S.L. will reimburse the value of the order and the shipping costs paid (provided that the customer had paid them), except in the failed deliveries detailed in point "f" and in the event that the transfer of the amount of the order has not been made, in accordance indicates the "g" point.
Data verification

Prices and currency
The prices and offers presented on the COMPIPET website include VAT (Value Added Tax) and are only valid for orders placed online through the COMPIPET website.
The prices are shown in euros.
Way to pay
To pay for the order, the customer can use the following credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard or Maestro. The charge will be made after confirming the order and through the REDSYS payment gateway.
You can also choose to pay by bank transfer. In this case, Natur Pet Shop S.L. does not receive payment in the next 24 hours, the order will be canceled automatically.
Price changes
Prices displayed on the COMPIPET website may be subject to change. Natur Pet Shop, S.L. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, after confirmation of payment by the customer, prices may not be varied.
Natur Pet Shop, S.L. informs you that despite meticulous updates to the prices on the COMPIPET Website, they may contain errors. All errors that appear in the prices will be corrected promptly and will not be binding on Natur Pet Shop, S.L.
Value Added Tax
In order to comply with the VAT applicable according to the rules on distance selling, deliveries will be considered to be made in the Member State that appears at the delivery address.
In this way, all purchases made through the COMPIPET Website will be subject to VAT.
DELIVERY
Where and When
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or during holidays (whether local, autonomous community or national). Orders can only be delivered to private urban residences or offices or premises.
To facilitate deliveries, customers are asked to use their work addresses or other addresses where there is someone who can receive the merchandise.
Delivery term
Orders are normally delivered in 2 to 5 business days. As a general rule, the delivery deadline is met and, although Natur Pet Shop, S.L. cannot guarantee punctuality (since the delivery service is carried out by a courier company hired for this purpose), all orders are delivered within a period of 30 days after the date of confirmation of receipt of the order, maximum.
Verification upon receipt
The Client must verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, the Customer must not accept delivery.Natur Pet Shop, S.L. informs that the delivery must be verified within a reasonable period of time after receipt. In the event that no communication of rejection of the products has been received within 7 calendar days of delivery, Natur Pet Shop, S.L. will consider that the client has accepted it. This does not affect the rights that the current legislation grants to the client regarding guarantees.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs apply to each order. Orders are placed at a cost of € 9.99 for the Balearic Islands, with free shipping if the amount exceeds € 150 including taxes. All store items will be shipped except for the BARF diet, COOKED food and CAKES.
No shipments will be made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
The delivery fee is € 3.99 for the peninsula. Shipping will be free for purchases over € 69 (total purchase amount including VAT).
RETURNS
Return of defective products
The customer has the right to return defective or non-conforming products. The customer has 7 days from the time of delivery to detect the defect or non-conformity of the product and to inform Natur Pet Shop, S.L. about it. You must inform Natur Pet Shop, S.L. by sending an email to info@compipet.com or detailing the product defect, indicating the product reference and attaching detailed images of the defect.
If Natur Pet Shop, S.L. considers that the product is really defective, it will perform one of the following two actions (never both):
1.- It will reimburse the value of said product in a maximum of thirty (30) days from the reception by Natur Pet Shop, S.L. of the customer's defective product communication email. The shipping costs will only be reimbursed in the event that all the products requested by the client in the same order are considered defective.
2.- He will send a new product to the customer equal to the one he has claimed as defective at no cost to the customer in a maximum of thirty (30) days.
Return of products for any reason (Right of revocation)
If the customer is not satisfied with the products purchased, for whatever reason, he has 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the product without giving any explanation. The customer can return the purchased product, provided that the product packaging is intact and its content has not been used.
The Customer must return the product and bear the shipping costs for return. Products must be returned in their original packaging and labels along with the relevant return note. For each order, only one return can be processed. Natur Pet Shop, S.L. will carry out the pertinent inspection of the returned merchandise. Natur Pet Shop, S.L. will refund the customer the price of the product in a maximum of thirty (30) days after receiving the notification of return of the product. The customer must also bear the costs of return.
In case of returning a promotional product linked to quantities (3x2, second unit at half price, etc.), the promotion will be canceled and the discounted products will be invoiced at the full price.
Product change
Products cannot be changed. To obtain another product, the customer must place a new order through the COMPIPET website.
The refund will be made in the original form of payment.
Natur Pet Shop, S.L. You will not make a refund until you receive the product that is the reason for the refund and verify its conditions; Once the conditions of the product have been verified, the client will receive a refund with the relevant amount within a maximum of thirty (30) days after receipt of the product for the refund. The shipping costs will only be reimbursed in the event that all the products requested by the client in the same order are considered defective.
VALIDITY OF OFFERS ("PROMOTIONAL OFFERS")
Promotional offers displayed on the COMPIPET website are only valid as long as they appear on the website, unless otherwise specified therein.
RESPONSIBILITY
These conditions of sale establish all the obligations and responsibilities ofNatur Pet Shop, S.L. regarding the supply of products. There are no guarantees, conditions or other terms that are binding on Natur Pet Shop, S.L., except those expressly mentioned in the conditions of sale.
Nothing contained in these Terms of Sale limits or excludes the responsibility of Natur Pet Shop S.L. against (I) death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Natur Pet Shop, SL, (II) fraud, (III) any breach of obligations implied by current national laws or (IV) any liability that does not may be excluded by law.
Purchases made through the COMPIPET website and under these conditions of sale are subject to Spanish law.
COMPETENT JURISDICTION
Any dispute or discrepancy arising from the application or interpretation of the conditions of sale, as well as the contracts it incorporates, will be resolved in the courts of Alicante, Spain, which will have exclusive jurisdiction over any other jurisdiction. However, if the client enjoys consumer status according to the Spanish Law for the defense of consumers and users, the competent courts will be those of the consumer's place of residence in Spain.
