How do I sign up for Compipet?
In the menu bar on the left the customer will find the option to enter or register in the COMPIPET online store. The client must add their personal data. If the customer does not want to register, they have the option of making the purchase as a guest.
How can I make a request?
The customer must choose the desired products and add them to the cart with the button "Add to cart" and to finalize the purchase by clicking on "Process order" if the order is complete. If the customer is not registered, they must do so at this time. What payment options do I have?
To pay the order the customer can use the following credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard or Maestro. The charge will be made after order confirmation and through the REDSYS payment gateway.
You can also choose to pay by bank transfer.
Where and when are deliveries made?
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays (whether local, autonomous community or national). Orders can only be delivered to private urban residences or to offices or premises. To facilitate deliveries, customers are asked to use their work addresses or other addresses where there is someone who can receive the merchandise.

The cost of transport is € 2.99 for the peninsula. Shipping will be free for purchases over € 59 (total purchase amount including VAT)
Are there shipments outside mainland Spain?
Yes, Baleares Island. No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
How many days do I have if the products in my order are defective?
The customer has the right to return defective or non-conforming products. The customer has 7 days from the moment of delivery to detect the defect or non-conformity of the product and to inform COMPIPET about it. You must inform by sending an email to info@compipet.com or and detailing the defect of the product, indicating the product reference and attaching detailed images of the defect. If the product is actually found to be defective, it will take one of the following two actions (never both):
1.- It will refund the value of said product within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the receipt of the customer's defective product communication email. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed in the event that all products ordered by the customer in the same order are considered defective.
2.- It will send a new product to the client equal to the one that has been claimed as defective at no cost to the client in a maximum of thirty (30) days.
How long do I have to return my order?
If the customer is not satisfied with the products purchased, for whatever reason, they have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the product without giving any explanation. The customer can return the purchased product, provided that the product packaging is intact and its content has not been used.
The Customer must return the product and bear the return shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original packaging and labels together with the relevant return note. Only one return can be processed for each order. The pertinent inspection of the returned merchandise will be carried out and the customer will be reimbursed the price of the product within a maximum of thirty (30) days after receiving the notification of the return of the product.
The customer must also bear the return costs. In the case of making the return of a promotional product linked to quantities (3x2, second unit at half price, etc.) the promotion will be canceled and the discounted products will be billed at the full price.
When and how is the refund made?
The refund will be made in the original form of payment.
