What I use this for?

PET COINs are loyalty points that are generated for each purchase made of € 5 or more. For each purchase that is generated from each customer, they will have a code to be exchanged for the value of € 0.15 each.

From what minimum amount can I apply my discount codes?

You will have the option to redeem that code in future purchases equal to or greater than € 1.

How long do I have to apply my discount codes?

The generated code will have a value of 365 days, after which, all the codes that have not been exchanged will be lost.

Can I wait to have several and apply them in one go?

They can be redeemed either in different purchases or saved and redeemed all at the same time.

OBSERVATIONS

Once the purchase has been delivered, that is when the customer will receive an email with the discount code that they can redeem in future purchases.

If the customer cancels their order for any reason, the discount code is automatically removed.

The discount code will be applied to the cart in the final purchase.
