DELIVERY

Where and When

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or during holidays (whether local, autonomous community or national). Orders can only be delivered to private urban residences or offices or premises.

To facilitate deliveries, customers are asked to use their work addresses or other addresses where there is someone who can receive the merchandise.

Delivery term

Orders are normally delivered in 2 to 5 business days. As a general rule, the delivery deadline is met and, although Pet Snack Company, S.L. cannot guarantee punctuality (since the delivery service is carried out by a courier company hired for this purpose), all orders are delivered within a period of 30 days after the date of confirmation of receipt of the order, maximum.

Verification upon receipt

The Client must verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, the Customer must not accept delivery. Pet Snack Company, S.L. informs that the delivery must be verified within a reasonable period of time after receipt. In the event that no communication of rejection of the products has been received within 7 calendar days of delivery, Pet Snack Company, S.L. will consider that the client has accepted it. This does not affect the rights that the current legislation grants to the client regarding guarantees.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs apply to each order. Under no circumstances will orders be sent to areas outside of mainland Spain. No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

The delivery fee is 5€ Shipping will be free for purchases over € 20 (total amount of the purchase with VAT).
